DAGY VINTAGE sells customer goods online (clothing pieces and accessories both in series and not, new and second hand) and acquires the Personal Data of data subject in order to correctly fulfill the contractual obligations deriving from its sales activity.

The data acquired are exclusively:

• Address of residence and/or of shipment of the goods;
• Email address / phone number
• Tax code
• VAT number.

4. Legal bases of the processing

5. Methods of data acquisition and storage

Personal Data are acquired directly from the data subject, by filling in the appropriate online form.
