1.Order processing

The orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 18:00 within 48 hours from the receipt of the order. The orders received from Friday to Sunday are processed the following Monday. The orders are shipped after checking the authenticity of the received payment.

During certain periods (e.g. festivities or in proximity to important events) there may occur delays, DAGY VINTAGE reserves, at any given moment, the right to refuse to process any order when it does not contain proper information or it does not offer sufficient guarantees for payment or it is not complete or when the products are sold out. In these cases DAGY VINTAGE will inform the client by email specifying the reason for not fulfilling the order.

2. Customs fees and shipping charges

Whenever the products ordered from DAGY VINTAGE are supposed to be shipped out of Italy they could be subjected to customs fees and import taxes, enforceable once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional cost for customs clearance will be paid by the customer. DAGY VINTAGE does not control these costs and cannot predict their amount.

All the customs fees are covered by the customer and are not included in the prices shown on the site.

The shipping charges depend on the country of delivery:

• ITALY: 7,50 Euro
• OTHER COUNTRIES: amount calculated during checkou

3. Order delivery

At the time of delivery of the package, clients are asked to inspect it carefully before signing to confirm the successful delivery. Once signed, the items become the client's property.

If at the time of delivery the package should appear compromised, DAGY VINTAGE suggests its clients to accept the shipment “with reserve” or to refuse it.

DAGY VINTAGE will not be held responsible for the loss of the package if the client asks the courier to deliver the package without personally signing.

If the client refuses to accept the package or it is not possible to deliver the package to the address provided by the client in the business agreement, the package shall be returned to DAGY VINTAGE and all the shipping charges and customs fees will be deducted from the potential refund to the customer.
