By making a purchase on the site you are fully accepting the following General Sale Conditions.

1. How to execute the contract with DAGY VINTAGE

The presentation of products on the website DAGY VINTAGE constitutes an invite to offer.

The Italian and the English languages constitute the languages used for the execution of the contract with DAGY VINTAGE.

To purchase one or more products it is necessary to select on the website the desired products one at a time, adding them to your basket. Once you select all the desired items it is possible to close your basket and submit the order by clicking on the button “proceed to checkout”. At this point will appear a summary page of the selected items, their prices and the delivery options (with their related costs) and you will be asked your preferred solution for the delivery and the paying method.

On the lower part of the same page you can find the button “Place order” that must be clicked to submit the order.

The order will be recorded in our database for the period necessary to process the orders and within the terms of the law. The prices and availability of the products indicated on this site are intended "unless stocks last" and are subject to variations due to market or other causes. Orders placed by the Buyer are not considered accepted until they have been confirmed in writing by the Seller.

With the submission of the order, the buyer accepts and agrees to follow, in the contract with DAGY VINTAGE, these General Sale Conditions. If you do not accept some of the terms of the General Sale Conditions, DAGY VINTAGE invites you not to place any order on www.dagyvintage.com.

With the submission of the order, additionally, you confirm to know and accept the Privacy Policy and the Recess Policy.

The contract is executed when DAGY VINTAGE receives your order, upon verification of the information of the order.

Executed the contract, DAGY VINTAGE will send you a purchase confirmation via email containing a summary of the information already provided in the order form.

2 Exceptions

DAGY VINTAGE can decide not to fulfill your order if the order does not contain the proper information or does not offer sufficient guarantees for payment or it is not complete or when the products are sold out. In these cases DAGY VINTAGE will inform the customer via email as soon as possible, within 30 days from the submission of the order, specifying the reason for not fulfilling the order.

In case of submission of the order, payment process and failed fulfillment of the order, DAGY VINTAGE will refund the related amount to the buyer.
