Dagy Vintage, complying to the current consumer protection legislation (1) , employs the following recess policy.

1. Statutory right of recess
Every Customer, regardless of the reason, has the right, within fourteen calendar days from the delivery day, to return the purchased item.

2. Rules to follow
To exercise the right of recess, the Customer has to notify Dagy Vintage, in writing by email within the established time, the will to return the purchased item. The email address to contact is info@dagyvintage.com.
Said email must include all the essential and appropriate information to exercise the right of recess, which are:

• Name and surname of the customer who purchased the item;
• The product’s order number;
• Package’s delivery date;
• Date of the email (2)

The subject of the email must include the word RECESS
All the emails submitted to the aforementioned email address not provided with the listed information cannot be considered valid for the exercise of the right of recess.
Once notified via email the will to recess, the Customer can return the purchased item following the instructions provided in response to the recess mail.
Please return the purchased item using or including the original packaging, the instructions and other documents, if any, that come with the product, including the purchase receipt. The package must be shipped within 14 calendar days from the date the product was delivered.
Dagy Vintage cares to inform its Clients about the conditions for which the recess cannot be accepted, there will be no refund if:

• The product has been used, worn or damaged;
• The tag has been removed;
• The conditions of the product are not the same as those with which it was delivered;
• The package contains a different product from the one the Customer has to return.
• The items are not returned with their original box and packed as they were delivered.

If you are returning a set of items, all the items must be returned to DAGY VINTAGE in one go.
DAGY VINTAGE reserves the right to refuse items returned and shipped in different moments even if belonging to the same order.
The items must be delivered to the courier for the return within ten (10) days from the online request of recess and within seven (7) days from the confirmation email from our customer service.
The package must contain a copy of the purchase invoice.
For returns from Italy, you will have to ship the package containing the items to return through the courier suggested by DAGY VINTAGE.
For returns from abroad you will be liable for the shipping cost of the courier of your choosing.
Starting from the date we receive your package, DAGY VINTAGE will then proceed to refund your order through the same paying method you chose.

(2) Although nowadays all emails automatically include the date and the time, there could be anomalies/interruptions on servers such as to compromise the accuracy of the data automatically indicated. therefore we ask the customer to “manually” include the date in the email’s text.
